Employers

Even with the uncertainty of in-person hiring and on-boarding, we know you need to keep your employment pipelines open and filled with great talent. For the 2020-21 academic year, Hamilton College is offering a suite of options to meet your company’s recruiting and hiring needs.

Guided by the motto “Know Thyself,” Hamilton College prepares students for lives of meaning, purpose, and active citizenship. Because students at Hamilton can study what they love, spanning a broad array of majors and minors within the liberal arts, they are curious and passionate learners who can think deeply and critically. But the true hallmark of a Hamilton education is a student’s ability to communicate effectively. Hamilton has a national reputation for teaching students to communicate clearly because our faculty believe writing well and speaking well are evidence of one’s ability to think well. If you have any questions, or want to take advantage of one of these opportunities, please contact Cheney Cronin, assistant director of employer relations, at 315-859-4954 or ccronin@hamilton.edu.

SNAP Remote InternshipsCREATE A SNAP INTERNSHIP

Snap internships are short-term, remote positions for specific projects or tasks and offer employers a low-investment way to uncover great long-term talent. They range from 5 to 40 hours of work time, helping employers with lead generation, data entry, research, or other focused assignments. Breaks are a perfect time for students to participate in short-term career-related experiences remotely.
